Booth Introduction
Kawasaki’s rider-centric development philosophy, RIDEOLOGY (Ride + Ideology), long-held principles concerning the ride experience we believe our products should provide, will be introduced at the Kawasaki booth. Displays include a reference exhibit of Kawasaki’s new Balanced Supercharged Engine. Designed for both exhilarating acceleration and superlative fuel economy, this power unit represents a distillation of Kawasaki Group technology. Inspired by the Z1 and other legendary Kawasaki machines, the Concept SC 01 “Spirit Charger” (exhibited as a sketch) is Kawasaki’s dream motorcycle for the future. Leather items, the fruit of two collaboration projects – one with the lifestyle magazine “LEON” and fashion brand “junhashimoto”, the other with “SOMÈS SADDLE” – will also be on display.
Of the models being exhibited, three will be making their Japanese premiere. The main model is the new Ninja ZX-10R ABS, an evolution of the high-performance supersport model first introduced five years ago. Another in the Ninja Series is the new Ninja ZX-14R ABS (High Grade), the largest-displacement model in the series. Finally, the new Z125 PRO, a small-displacement supernaked model in the Z Series. All of these models are products of Kawasaki’s RIDEOLOGY development philosophy in one form or another.
