At first glance, ZF’s booth demonstrates the future of mobility. The now third largest automotive supplier in the world, since its acquisition of the U.S. company TRW Automotive in May 2015, has bundled its expanded product portfolio to focus on the themes of efficiency, safety, and automated driving. Advanced Urban Vehicle is already demonstrating how well the competencies of ZF and ZF TRW complement each other. The Cloud-connected city car is purely electrically powered with a semi-automated drive feature and impressively demonstrates ZF’s competencies. The concept car in ZF’s booth at East Hall E1001 shows how complete systems with broad customer benefits will be possible following the integration of ZF TRW.

Under our theme EXEDY - By Your Side, we selected this year’s exposition lineup so that attendees can feel closer to and become more familiar with our corporation.
In addition to our numerous products that contribute to high fuel efficiency and a comfortable driving experience, which we achieved through our three core competencies of friction, fluid and vibration, we are also displaying a MotoGP motorcycle equipped with an EXEDY clutch and a formula car that was driven by EXEDY employee and racer Ai Miura, who placed 2nd overall at the 2015 Japanese Formula 3 Championship.

We admit it. NSK’s main products—automotive bearings, electric power steering (EPS), and advanced development technologies—can be complicated to explain. And we know that visitors to the Tokyo Motor Show are looking for discovery and fun. So the job of our exhibit is make complex products easy to understand, and to do it in a way that’s fun for everyone. Our goal is to make NSK itself an exciting new discovery for visitors.
With this as our mission, we are planning to dress up our booth as a “laboratory” that is developing future technology that appears difficult at first, and then to use powerful images and inspiring exhibits to show the lab’s “research results” on how our technologies and products contribute to safety and the environment.

Fujitsu Limited and Fujitsu Ten Limited will be introducing the Fujitsu Group’s ICT solutions for the motoring world, under the theme of “ICT makes a car your best partner.”
Integrating Fujitsu’s ICT based on Human Centric Innovation and Fujitsu Ten’s car electronics technologies based on its Future Link connecting service, and combining sensing, data analysis, and a Human Machine Interface (HMI), the two companies are proposing products and services that contribute to safety, comfort, and a society that offers independent mobility.
Sensing that monitors the driver’s movements and the situation outside the car, such as the distance to other cars and objects in close proximity. Data analysis that offers predictions based on accumulated traffic and weather data, and an intuitive HMI that gently conveys this information to the driver. Fujitsu will exhibit products and services that are created from the combination of these three elements.


Stage event:
Through alternating large-scale videos and MC presentations, Fujitsu will introduce a near-term vision of a future human-centric lifestyle with cars that use ICT proposed by the Fujitsu Group.

Sonic Design has been exhibiting continuously from The 37th Tokyo Motor Show in 2003, and this year 2015 would be the 7th exhibition. “The Suite Lounge” which received a very nice reputation in the last show would be improved, and we will exhibit a Mercedes-Benz S550 e long (Plug-in hybrid) inside the booth with “THE CREST” (an ultimate system of “SonicPLUS”; the exclusive speaker package designed for each vehicle model) installed. Also, the “SonicPLUS” designed exclusively for SUBARU Legacy B4/Outback would be exhibited as the concept model. There also would be the 6 speaker-set for WRX/Levorg which was adopted as the SUBARU’s genuine accessory, and the “SonicPLUS” designed exclusively for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Toyota.

Fujikiko provide an experience to customers to feel product’s feature by seeing, touching and sitting on, under the exhibition theme “Safety, Comfort and Technology”

As a manufacturer of components related to driver’s cockpit, Fujikiko provide 2 cockpits in this exhibition.
One of them has Switch-less Motorized Steering Column, which is movable to the best driving position, and Fun Illumination Shifter.
Another cockpit has the Steering Column installed a Dial Shift By Wire, which installation rate is growing in these days.
On this Cockpit, we pursued its comfort by installing automatically movable handle and seat when you get on and off the car.

Since 1990, OMRON has contributed the realization of a “crashless car” society by building optimized ties between sensing and control technology to both automobiles and the transportation infrastructure to help achieve an automotive system. At the OMRON booth, a sardine tornado is built as an autonomous distributed model to represent an automotive system “crashless car” and it is presented using a high-vision realtime demo. Approximately 15,000 sardines control distances using their own algorithms to swim at ease without colliding. This is a sight worth seeing. The OMRON booths, "Crashless Cars”, “Connected Cars”, and “Eco-friendly Cars”, introduce automotive parts and transportation infrastructure that concentrate state-of-the-art technology.
