Reference exhibits | This electric single car carrier truck of hybrid type is mounted on the Hino Dutro Hybrid, so both the environmental performance of loading and unloading on electricity, by using drive motor and battery of the hybrid chassis, and the easy operation have been realized. In the electric drive mode, it realizes zero exhaust gas emission and reduced noise during operation because operation can be performed with the engine stopped. As for the ease of operation, the drive switching between electricity and engine is available by the radio control, and the operation speed is the same as the usual PTO-type single car carrier truck. Furthermore, the simple system using the drive system of the hybrid chassis enables easy maintenance including daily inspection. |

| Flat Panel Van Semi-Trailer | Reference exhibits | We, NIPPON TREX developed a new Reefer Van Semi-Trailer with sandwich panels in Japan and its overall performance had been dramatically improved. First, thermal insulation performance had been improved, because the structure of sandwich panel restrain a heat bridge. Second, vehicle weight had been reduced because sandwich panel does not need strength members such as aluminum post or wood. In addition, overall structure was reviewed with FEM and reduced 200kg in total. Finally, appearance had become better. Vertical joining method had been adopted for outside sheet and the surface distortion was reduced. Its white, clean and flat appearance is the good canvas of advertising and publicity, and good for improvement of the corporate image. |

The “Komawari Kyukyu” has a multi-functional shelf that can load emergency equipment like artificial respirators, a utility rails that can fix drip infusions and electro-cardiogram monitors, and the latest light-diffusing type alarm lamp made by PATLITE Corporation. Furthermore, Yachiyo Industry will place an independant booth in the first floor of the West Hall 2. There Yachiyo Industry will exhibit automobile-parts like fuel tanks and sun roofs, and custom parts for the Honda S660 which manufactured by Yachiyo Industry. |
