With the evolution of cars, more and more people can go outdoors easier, making the outdoor large-scale digital signage even more important in communicating with consumers. The digital billboards that HIT owns can instantly send information to all of the billboards to communicate immediate information. The signage doesn't stop at just advertising content, but can also do things such as live-stream a new product presentation making the possibilities endless. The seminar will introduce the future of digital signage such as 1. A collaborative project that allows digital signage and car navigation systems to communicate and play related audio within the car, 2. A real-time information and multi-language display system aimed for production by the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, and 3. Expansion into southeast Asian countries. In addition, there will be a discussion of effects and outlooks with the use of digital signage, and the near future of cars and roads in a panel discussion with experts from car related industries.
